Brightspark

Contact us

Brightspark is run by BrightSparkHQ in Bengaluru, India. The quickest way to reach us is email: brightsparkhq+hello@gmail.com. We read every message and usually reply within a few working days.

What to write to us about

  • A listing that looks wrong: a closed role, wrong location, a possible scam or a broken apply link. Send the job's link and what you noticed. Email about a listing.
  • A company to add: name the employer and, if you know it, its careers page. Members can also use Suggest a company. Email a suggestion.
  • Questions or feedback about how Brightspark works, how jobs are scored or anything on the site. Email a question.
  • Employers: if your jobs appear here and you want something corrected or removed, write from your company address. Email as an employer.
  • Partnerships and advertising. Email about a partnership.

Privacy and your data

To see, correct or delete your data, members can use Settings → Your data rights. Anyone can also write to our grievance officer, brightspark, at brightspark+grievance@gmail.com. We reply within 90 days at most, as our privacy notice explains.

Before you write

We do not recruit, place candidates or forward CVs to employers, so we cannot help with a particular application. To apply, use the link on the job, which goes to the employer's own site or the job board it came from. Brightspark never asks for money; anyone who does in our name is not us.

Disclaimer

Please read this carefully and proceed with caution.

  • Brightspark collects jobs from two kinds of source, and labels each job with which: the careers sites of employers we have chosen to collect from, and open job boards, where any company can post. Choosing which careers sites to collect from is the only selection we make: we do not check individual listings or employers. Check every posting on the company’s own careers site before you apply.
  • Be aware of job scams. A genuine employer will never ask you to pay a fee for an application, interview, training, equipment or an offer letter, and will not ask for bank details, OTPs or ID documents before a formal offer.
  • Proceed with caution when sharing personal information, and report suspicious postings to the platform that published them or at cybercrime.gov.in.
  • Brightspark is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Brightspark and its makers are not responsible for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising out of the use of this site or of any job, employer or link listed on it.
